TREATMENTS ON STRETCHER
You lie on a comfortable stretcher and fully dressed. After discussing what you would like to treat, I assess your case and begin to follow a few simple procedures by placing my hands on different Safety Energy Centers (SELs), as well as your fingers, toes, and spine. In this way, energy is directed and tension and stress begin to be released along the energy pathways of the body.
A session lasts approximately one hour and there is no massage or physical manipulation of the body.
And after the session, I will teach you some simple personalized self-help procedures and, thus independently, you will be able to help yourself whenever you need it and anywhere because it is a discreet art.
TREATMENTS ONLINE
If you cannot come to my office, we also have the possibility of doing an online treatment.
We schedule a video call together and you will be comfortably at home, anywhere in the world, and I will be in my office.
After evaluating your case and what you would like to treat, we decide how to proceed because we can do this treatment online in two different ways: a JSJ Self-Help session or a remote JSJ treatment.
In the JSJ Self-Help session we will practice some simple and personalized procedures, in which I will guide you at all times. In this way, you yourself will direct the energy and start the movement of it, thus relieving tension and stress.
In the JSJ treatment at a distance, I tune in with you and can intuitively feel and see what is the best way to help you at that precise moment.
